Grouping Sites
LastPass allows you to organize your sites in your Vault according to Groups. For example, you may want to organize your sites according to 'Social Networks', 'Shopping', 'Email', etc:
When you open your local Vault, your Groups may be partially or fully collapsed. Select 'Expand All' to simultaneously expand all of your folders within your Vault to view all sites:
If you only wish to view one folder, simply click on the folder name to expand it:
If you would like LastPass to open all of your sites within a particular Group and autolog you in to all of them simultaneously, right click over the Group name and select 'Open All':
LastPass will then open each site stored in the folder in a new window or tab and autolog you in.
If you are accessing your sites through your online Vault and wish to open all sites within a Group, simply click 'Open All' next to the Group name:
Adding A Group
When adding a site, you can either select a pre-existing Group from the dropdown menu, or create a new Group by typing a name into the Group input box and pressing 'Add' when you have entered all relevant information for the site:
You can also add a Group from within your local Vault by clicking on 'Create Group':
Editing A Group
There are several ways you can edit your Groups.
From your local Vault, to move a single site entry to another Group, you can right click on the site, select 'Move to Group', and type in the Group name:
You can also click 'Edit' in the right-click menu and edit the Group field:
From your online Vault, you can change the group for one site or multiple sites by selecting all entries you wish to edit and selecting 'Change Group':
Your Favorites Group
You can also check those sites that you use most often as 'Favorites', which will create a Favorites Group at the top of your Vault:
By selecting 'Open All' for Favorites, you can open up all of these sites at once and be autologged in.
Subgrouping
There are two ways to create Subgroups for your sites.
First, when adding or editing a site, you can type a in the Group name field after the parent group name, followed by the Subgroup name (MainSubgroup):
You can also create a Subgroup from within your local Vault by right-clicking on a Group folder name and selecting 'Create Sub-group':
